Footed Plate for the Wedding Pie

Can you imagine a wedding feast without a delicious pastry? It's the culmination of the festivities! You know the main sweat of celebration is a wedding cake.

The appearance of the gateau at a wedding is one of the most striking and even a theatrical moment. After all, the pastry symbolizes the family according to tradition.

The tradition was born in the Roman Empire. A similar tradition existed in Scotland. Bridesmaid placed cloth on the bride's head, and then put a basket of oat bread. When I got married, we invited all our friends and relatives. Therefore, we ordered a big cake and a beautiful footed cake plate. It was made of porcelain and decorated with pink flowers. I so liked this idea that I bought such small dishes for my home to decorate my table. I learned ways to cook delicious sweets in these plates. Here is recipe. Lubricate with butter 6 footed cake plates with a capacity of 3/4 cup. Sprinkle the inside of these footed dishes with cocoa powder. Combine butter with chocolate and melt over low heat with constant stirring. When chocolate is almost melted, remove from heat, slightly cool. Beat egg yolks and whole eggs with powdered sugar with the help of a mixer. Then add the sweet chocolate and pour small portions of flour. Beat until smooth and put the dough into the prepared dishes. Put in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes at 230 o C until edges of gateau rise and harden (the center should remain soft). Take out your dessert in 3-5 minutes, using the knife, separating carefully the edges of pastry from the walls of ware and put ready gateau on the footed plates. Serve it with 2 scoops of ice cream. Center of pastry would be "melted".
